Als freiwillige Helferin durfte ich etliche Male mit eigenen Augen das Leid tausender Kinder in Kriegsgebieten und armen Ländern sehen. Ich war überwältigt und gleichzeitig beschämt, denn was für uns selbstverständlich ist, ist für all diese Kinder ein Luxusgut. Aus meinen Erkenntnissen habe ich den Verein «For Children Smile» gegründet, um ein Licht für andere zu werden. Wir haben es alle in der Hand, einen Beitrag für das Wohlergehen der Kinder in Not zu leisten.
